Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 cloves Garlic
1 Shallot
1/2 a bunch Lavas
400 g Minced meat
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Ras al hanout
Pepper
Salt
200 g Thick yoghurt
4 tbsp Ajvar
2 Little gem lettuces
Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
6 Skewers

    Spicy Minced Meat Skewers with Lavasyoghurt

    Peal and chop the garlic and shallot. Wash the lavas, shake it dry and chop it fine. Mix the minced meat with the garlic, shallot, half of the lavas, sesame seed, ras el hanout, salt and pepper. Form 6 flat kebabs and stick the skewers through them.

    Mix the yoghurt with the other lavas and the ajvar to taste. If desired, add some seasoning with salt. Heat a grill pan and grill the kebabs for about 8 minutes, depending on the thickness, until golden brown and cooked.

    In the meantime cut the lettuce in strips. Mix the rice vinegar with the ajvar, the oil, salt and pepper. Divide the lettuce and kebabs over the plates. Sprinkle some of the lavasyoghurt over it, add a little of the ajvardressing and sprinkle with the remaining lavas.

    Matches perfectly with a fresh vegetable salad.
