5 Onions
2-3 Red chili
50 g Anchovies
60 g Butter
3 tbsp Dill
2 tbsp Chive
3 tbsp Parsley
3 Bay leaf
Salt
Black pepper
100 g Crème fraîche
650 g Codfish
600 g Potatoes
250 g Cherry tomatoes

Peel and chop the onions. Melt the butter in a pan and bake the onions golden brown on medium heat. Add the chopped red peppers, anchovies, dill and parsley. Season it with pepper and salt and stir in the crème fraîche.

Leave it on a gentle fire. Meanwhile poach the codfish together with the bay leaves. Keep the water close to boiling point but don’t let it boil.

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Cover the bottom of an oven dish with a third of the onion mixture. Add a third of the poached codfish. Cut ¾ of the boiled potatoes in slices (approx. 6-7 mm) and put half of them in the oven dish. Repeat it until all the ingredients have been used up. Cut the remaining potatoes in quarters and spread them on top. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and a few drops of olive oil. Place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately garnished with the chopped chive.
