300 g Dark chocolate
75 g Redcurrants
75 g Raspberries
There is nothing better than chocolates to end a dinner. It will be a great way to accompany your guests to the final chat and coffee. These chocolates are delicious, easy to make, as cool as an icicle and inviting like a cake.
A cool dessert to eat in one delicious little mouthpiece. All this in light chunks that are simple to make and beautiful to see.
The slightly acidic flavour of the fruit exalts the chocolate – the combination of chocolate and fruit is often used in pastry. To make the chocolates it is simply a matter of melting the dark chocolate au bain marie, garnish with the fresh fruit and let it rest in the freezer a few hours.
These chocolates with fresh fruit are prepared in just a few minutes, starting by melting the dark chocolate chopped in pieces. In the meantime, wash the fruit.
Take a mold (ice cube tray, little paper molds, …) to your liking and place a spoonful of melted chocolate in each one and garnish with the fresh fruit as you like. Place in a freezer for at least 3 hours. Before serving: garnish with fresh coconut.
