100 g + 12 for decoration Blackberries
300 g Mascarpone
100 g Sugar
120 g Amaretti
Wash the backberries and dab them dry. Make a crude puree out of the blackberries. Beat the mascarpone and the sugar until creamy and let it rest for 10 min. Crumble the amaretti, but keep a few for decoration.
Fill 4 glasses with layers of mascarpone cream, blackberry puree and the amaretti. Repeat and finish with the blackberries and the amaretti.
Put the glasses in the fridge. Take them out of the fridge 5 min before serving.
